Work, Learn & Grow Employment Program

A twenty five week, school-year employment program open to 2016 SYEP and ISY Internship participants who are currently in school and between the ages of 14 and 24. Participants receive focused work readiness training and work up to 10 hours a week.Learn  more

Bloomberg Arts and Culture Internship 

The Bloomberg Arts & Culture Internship Program is offered to students from select CTE high schools in New York City. The program places rising seniors at various arts and cultural organizations, and provides many of them with their first paid job experience. The internship aims to provide meaningful professional experience, increase students’ exposure to the arts, improve their communication skills, and assist with the college application process. Interns gain experience in a professional environment, participate in special tours of participating museums and cultural organizations and work collaboratively on group assignments.

The Opportunity Network

The Opportunity Network is a unique six-year career development program for motivated, high- performing high school students looking to:

  • Get exposure to over 25 career tracks;
  • Make personal connections with influential executives and professionals;
  • Apply to competitive colleges;
  • Build their resumes through paid internships or special enrichment opportunities; and
  • Develop a lifelong network leading to high- level positions and rewarding careers.

SPLASH at YALE 

Splash at Yale is an event that brings local high school and middle school students to Yale University for one day of unlimited learning. Students who come take classes in a variety of both conventional and unconventional subjects taught by Yale undergraduate and graduate students!

Our goal is to build excitement for teaching and learning from both sides. Students get to learn about things that they normally wouldn’t have access to, empowering them to find what they love to learn, discover new career opportunities, and become tomorrow’s leaders.

Spring Splash will be on April 8th, 2017
Take whatever classes interest you, taught by Yale students!
